If your Windows 10 computer has driver errors, problems with connecting the docking station and such things occur, it is recommended to restart Windows properly. The following command must be entered in the Windows command prompt (cmd).
1. Enter “cmd” in Windows search field
2. Start command prompt
3. Enter shutdown /g /f /t 0 and press Enter
3. Enter shutdown /g /f /t 0 and press Enter
4. Now Windows is restarted cleanly
